SHIPPING
DELIVERY METHODS
We ship orders using popular courier companies and parcel operators, including:
• DHL

• FedEx
• DPD

If you prefer a delivery method other than those available when placing your order, please contact us before placing the order. Whenever possible, we will try to arrange an individual delivery method.
DELIVERY TIME
In most cases, orders are delivered within 48 hours on business days from the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
This time may be extended in the event of public holidays, weekends, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
Information about the estimated order processing time is displayed when placing the order.
DELIVERY COST
The delivery cost is displayed when placing the order and depends, among other things, on the chosen delivery method, payment method, weight and dimensions of the ordered products.
The final delivery cost is displayed before the order is confirmed.
RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The rules concerning withdrawal from a distance contract are set out in the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
If you are a consumer who has entered into a distance contract through our online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
In the case of the purchase of a single product, the 14-day period for withdrawing from the contract begins on the day on which you or a person indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the product.
In the case of an order consisting of several products delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you received the last product, batch or part.
You may also submit a withdrawal statement before receiving the order.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
To withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision before the expiry of 14 days from receiving the product.
The withdrawal statement may be sent:

• electronically to: biuro@4japancars.pl
• electronically using the withdrawal form - withdrawal from the contract
The withdrawal form is available in the "Contact" section. Using the form is not mandatory. A withdrawal statement may also be submitted in another clear and unambiguous form.
The returned product should then be sent to:

The product must be returned without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the shipment before the expiry of the 14-day period.
IN WHAT CONDITION SHOULD THE PRODUCT BE RETURNED?
The right to withdraw from the contract does not depend on whether the product remains completely unused or whether the original packaging has been preserved.
The consumer may examine the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as the consumer could do in a physical store.
Simply using the product or damaging its packaging does not automatically result in the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
However, if the use of the product goes beyond what is necessary to examine it and results in a reduction in its value, the consumer may be liable for such reduction in value in accordance with Article 34(4) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
COST OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product to the Seller, unless the Seller has agreed to bear these costs or the consumer was not informed of the obligation to bear these costs before entering into the contract.
The return shipment should be properly secured to reduce the risk of damage during transport.
We do not accept return shipments sent cash on delivery.
REFUND
Following an effective withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments made by you, including the price of the purchased product and the delivery cost up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery method available in our store.
If you choose a more expensive delivery method when placing your order, we will not refund the difference between the chosen method and the cheapest available delivery method.
The refund will be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your withdrawal statement, in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to another solution that does not result in any additional costs for you.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in cases specified by applicable law.
In particular, this includes products that are non-prefabricated and manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that serve to satisfy the consumer's individual needs.
If a particular product is covered by a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal, information about this will be provided before the contract is concluded.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Exercising the right to withdraw from the contract does not require you to provide a reason.
We do not require the product to be completely unused or to have intact original packaging as a condition for accepting the withdrawal from the contract.
However, if the manner in which the product was used resulted in a reduction in its value beyond what is necessary for normal examination of the product, we may claim an appropriate amount corresponding to the reduction in its value, in accordance with Article 34(4) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
The right to withdraw from the contract is independent of consumer rights relating to non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
If a product does not conform to the contract, you may exercise the rights provided for under the provisions concerning non-conformity of goods with the contract. The rules concerning complaints are described in our complaints procedure.
